A process of producing a bottled coconut juice comprising the steps of: then a)cutting the upper portion of the young coconut; then b) placing coconut juice in the container; then c) measuring 70-75 pcnt young coconut juice; then d) measuring 5-10 pcnt sugar; then e) measuring 20-25 pcnt purified water; then f) mixing the measured coconut juice, purified water and sugar in a container to produce a mixture; then g) washing a 330ml bottle and cap; then h) sterilizing said bottle and cap; then I) placing the mixture in step (f) in a bottle; then h) capping and sealing the bottle; then i) labeling the capped and sealed bottle; then j) storing the labelled bottle in a freezer with a temperature of 0 to -4 centigrade.
