The present invention relates to a composition for pet dog feed using medicinal herbs, and more particularly, to a composition for pet dog containing effective components of medicinal herbs to provide an effect of immunity enhancement and anti-obesity, the composition comprising the steps of: mixing red ginseng powder, raspberry powder, schizandra powder and brown rice powder in a volume ratio of 1:0.5:0.5:10 to manufacture a medicinal herbs powder mixture adding 60 to 80 wt% of the medicinal herbs powder mixture to 20 to 40 wt% of nonfat dried milk dissolved in tepid water with 10% of concentration and kneading the same in a kneader to manufacture a dough extracting and molding the dough in a size passing through a sieve while compressing the dough and cutting the extracted and molded composition in a length less than 3 mm and drying the cut composition.
