The present invention relates to a defecation treatment apparatus and, more specifically, to a defecation treatment apparatus which is easily worn and used due to a simple structure and facilitates the collection and treatment of defecation. The defecation treatment apparatus according to the present invention comprises a discharge unit and an excrement accommodation unit. The discharge unit comprises a discharge tube having an excrement input port formed at one end, wherein one end is inserted into the anus to absorb excrement. The excrement accommodation unit comprises: a flexible pack coupled with the other end of the discharge tube to accommodate the excrement absorbed in the discharge tube a case accommodating the pack, and having an air discharge port coupled with the other end of the discharge tube to discharge inner air to the outside so as to accommodate the excrement in the pack and a pump for discharging the air inside the case through the air discharge port. According to the present invention, the defecation treatment apparatus including the discharge tube and the excrement accommodation unit is provided, and thus, the structure of the defecation treatment apparatus can be simplified and can be easily worn and used. In addition, according to the present invention, the defecation treatment apparatus having the excrement accommodation unit detachable from or attachable to the discharge unit is provided, thereby facilitating the treatment of excrement.
