The present invention relates to a particular extract of helichrysum italicum, which can be obtained by extraction of the aerial parts of the plant by means of solvents eutectics deep. This extract is characterized by the presence of flavonols heterosides of which the ring b is a dihydroxylated. The present invention also relates to a cosmetic composition containing the extract and its uses, especially in the treatment of signs of aging of the skin.La présente invention concerne un extrait particulier dHelichrysum italicum, qui peut être obtenu par extraction des parties aériennes de la plante au moyen de solvants eutectiques profonds. Cet extrait se caractérise par la présence dhétérosides de flavonols dont le cycle B est dihydroxylé. Linvention concerne également une composition cosmétique contenant cet extrait et ses utilisations, notamment dans le traitement des signes cutanés du vieillissement.
