PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture correction tool which improves sagging in a face due to deterioration of myodynamia of a face and a body by training necessary muscles.SOLUTION: A posture correction tool 100 includes: a muscle condition acquisition unit 110 which, in a state where the posture correction tool 100 is mounted in a predetermined position in a body, acquires a condition of muscles an action determination unit 130 which determines muscle stimulation to be imparted so as to promote retention of a predetermined posture by a body itself based on the acquired condition of the muscles and a muscle stimulation unit 140 which imparts the determined muscle stimulation.
