PURPOSE: A coffee composition containing a lacquer extract is provided to improve the palatability and the antioxidant activity of coffee using the lacquer extract after removing the toxicity.CONSTITUTION: A coffee composition contains 0.1wt% of lacquer extract, 0.1-25wt% of lacquer extract after removing the toxicity, and the balance of purified water. The purified water contains mineral ions of zinc, copper, silver, iron, and tin.
