The sock (1) has an ankle portion intended to be in contact with a zone of wearer's ankle. An interior face (2) of the ankle portion is equipped with a network (3) of adherent points (3a), where the network is arranged for creating an effect of shearing in the zone at the time of a movement of the wearer's ankle.
