PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic giving smoothness during using a sponge in foundation reapplication and preventing visible cosmetic unevenness and powdery finish.SOLUTION: A water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic contains the following components (A), (B) and (C), where the mass ratio (A)/(B) of the component (A) to the component (B) is 0.1 to 9.
