To simplify an isolator and reduce a size of the isolator forming a tightly closed type combination medicine.SOLUTION: The invention is configured so that, to an isolator 101 for performing a work for assembling a combination medicine which is formed by including two kinds of containers including a medicine or a liquid other than the medicine, a coupling member coupled to the respective container, and a holding member for holding them, in a case body in a tightly closing state, an aseptic article is introduced from an electron ray sterilization apparatus 102 and an introduction apparatus 103 for transferring the sterilized article in an aseptic state. In the electron ray sterilization apparatus 102, nest tubs 6 storing the respective container and the coupling member individually, are sequentially received, and every time the tub 6 passes in the device, sterilization processing is executed.
