The present invention relates to a syringe device having a re-usage preventing function. More specifically, the syringe device comprises: a cylindrical external container； a pushrod body inserted in the external container； a connector coupled with the front end of the pushrod body； and an internal container coupled in a shape of wrapping the outside of the connector, and made of a rubber material. A coupling projection is formed in the front end of the pushrod body, and the coupling projection is coupled with the connector. A moving hole is formed to guide the coupling projection to be moved or to make the coupling projection separated according to an operation of the pushrod body. According to the present invention, when the pushrod body is pulled while a fluid filled in the external container is fed, the coupling projection is separated from the moving hole, and the pushrod body and the connector are separated.
