PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suture unit which accomplishes the dwelling of a suturing device and binding of a suture of the device with one treating unit.SOLUTION: The suture unit includes a suturing device 6 having an anchor 2 to be retained on a biomedical tissue, a suture 3 guided out of the anchor 2 and a stopper 5 arrayed on the suture 3, a hollow puncture needle 7 which has an opening part 7a at its tip and is capable of housing the anchor 2, a pusher 10 which is so arrayed as to advance or retract within the puncture needle 7 and gets its near end extended closer to hands keeping its far end in contact with the anchor 2, and the outer sheath which houses the puncture needle 7 freely advancing or retracting.
