PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suturing device for an endoscope, capable of smoothly conducting a suturing process in a short time, and smoothly suturing to make a second stitch and a third stitch without pulling a puncture needle out of the body in a case where a single stitch is not enough in the suturing process.
SOLUTION: A plurality of anchors 1 (1A and 1B), a fastening stopper 3, and a pusher 4 are disposed serially in this order in a through-hole 11x of the puncture needle 11 as seen from the distal end side. By operating the pusher 4 pushing into the puncture needle 11 from the base end side to the distal end side, so that the plurality of anchors 1 (1A and 1B) and the fastening stopper 3 are separately pushed from the distal end of the puncture needle 11 forward. Supply of the anchors 1 (1A and 1B) and the fastening stopper 3 to the puncture needle 11 can be performed from a sewing material supply cassette 20.
