The present invention relates to a novel therapy regimen for the treatment of severe acne related diseases preferentially severe or nodular acne. The novel therapy regimen adds a topical fixed-dose combination of a retinoid and an anti-bacterial agent, such as benzoyl peroxide, to a course of oral antibiotic therapy using a daily dose of antibiotic ranging from 150mg to 300 mg per day. The invention also relates to a fixed-dose combination of a retinoid and an anti-bacterial agent for its use in said therapy regimen, and to a kit suitable for implementing such therapy.La présente invention concerne un nouveau régime de traitement pour le traitement de maladies liées à une acné sévère, de préférence une acné sévère ou nodulaire. Le nouveau régime de traitement ajoute une combinaison de dose fixe topique d'un rétinoïde et d'un agent antibactérien, tel que du peroxyde de benzoyle, à une thérapie antibiotique orale utilisant une dose quotidienne d'antibiotique allant de 150 mg à 300 mg par jour. L'invention concerne également une combinaison de dose fixe d'un rétinoïde et d'un agent antibactérien de façon à l'utiliser dans ledit régime de traitement, et un kit approprié pour mettre en œuvre une telle thérapie.
