Aspects of the present invention relate to a novel mesenchymal stem cell line (hb-MSC), a culture medium prepared with the hb-MSC line, and various hb-MSC compositions. The hb-MSC composition can comprise a plurality of hb-MSCs, hb-MSC conditioned media, or combinations thereof. In addition, the hb-MSC composition can include a suitable carrier.
