PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever switching mechanism having superior operation performance and less malfunction.SOLUTION: The lever switching mechanism of the agricultural machine includes a passage K1 for gearshift operation of a gearshift lever 46, a passage ES for engine stop operation which is branched from the passage K1 for the gearshift operation, and a resistance means 30 which resists when the gearshift lever 46 is moved between the passage K1 for gearshift operation and the passage ES for engine stop operation.
