PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garlic odor deodorant for obtaining a garlic product emitting odor when eating, but giving no influence the next day by inhibiting or dissolving generation of odor component having long staying time in the body, and to provide a deodorizing method.SOLUTION: This garlic odor deodorant includes single seaweed ash or seaweed ash extract, or a mixture of seaweed ash or seaweed ash extract, and seaweed ash or seaweed ash extract, or polysaccharide having a polar group.
