The present invention relates to a handpiece assembly for supplying wrinkle reducing gas, the handpiece assembly comprising: a gas supply hose which is connected to a wrinkle reducing gas supply apparatus and allows the wrinkle reducing gas to be moved therethrough； a handpiece case which is formed in the shape of a hollow pipe having a certain length, has a hose insertion slit cut in a certain width in a lengthwise direction on an outer circumferential side to insert the gas supply hose therein, and is gripped by an operators hand； a connector which is joined to a front end portion of the gas supply hose； a syringe needle which is joined to a front end portion of the connector and supplies the wrinkle reducing gas to skin of a person to be treated； and a gas leaking prevention member which has one end portion, fixated and joined to a front end portion of the connector, and the other portion, inserted in the syringe needle, is elastically expanded by supplied pressure of the wrinkle reducing gas, and prevents the wrinkle reducing gas from leaking to the outside through a joining area between the connector and the syringe needle as the other end portion comes in close contact with an inner wall of the syringe needle.본 발명은 주름개선가스 공급용 핸드피스조립체에 관한 것으로서, 주름개선가스 공급장치에 연결되어 주름개선가스가 이동되는 가스공급호스와； 일정 길이를 갖는 중공관 형태로 형성되며, 외주면에 길이방향을 따라 일정폭으로 절개되어 상기 가스공급호스를 내부로 삽입시키는 호스삽입슬릿이 형성되며, 시술자가 손으로 파지하는 핸드피스케이스와； 상기 가스공급호스의 선단에 결합되는 커넥터와； 상기 커넥터의 선단에 결합되어 상기 주름개선가스를 상기 피시술자의 피부로 공급하는 주사바늘과； 일단은 상기 커넥터의 선단에 고정결합되고 타단은 상기 주사바늘의 내부로 삽입되며, 상기 주름개선가스의 공급압력에 의해 탄성적으로 팽창되며 상기 타단이 상기 주사바늘의 내벽면에 밀착되어 상기 주름개선가스가 상기 커넥터와 상기 주사바늘의 결합영역을 통해 외부로 누설되는 것을 방지하는 가스누설방지부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
