FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention generally relates to iontophoretic drug delivery systems for transdermal delivery of therapeutic agents, and in particular to assemblies that are easy to package and use for a long life. The system package includes an iontophoretic skin worn patch configuration that receives power and a drug pack configuration that carries the electronics, electrodes, and therapeutic agent stored in a separately sealed component.
