PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element usable for remedy for rotation strabismus, inspection (quantitative estimation) of the same, or simulation experience of the same.SOLUTION: In an optical element, a plurality of prisms are arranged on two or more virtual circular orbits having a same center. All the base directions of the prisms are uniformly arranged in either clockwise direction or counterclockwise direction. All the prisms arranged on one virtual circular orbit have a same prism diopter value.
