PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide demyelinated agents that can topically demyelinate an axon in a limited region in the neighborhood of an electrode, the agents having no significant general toxicity； to provide the electrode, and to provide a connection structure of neurons and a machine.SOLUTION: The invention provides a demyelinated agent containing metal tellurium as an active ingredient, and used by being coated on the electrode to take out electric signals from an axon by bringing into contact with the axon of neurons to topically demyelinate the axon near the electrode； an electrode to take out electric signals from the axon by bringing into contact with the axon of neurons, the metal tellurium is deposited on the surface of the electrode； and a connection structure in which the neurons and a machine are connected through the above electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】顕著な一般毒性がなく、電極近傍における限られた領域で局所的に軸索の脱ミエリン化を行うことができる、脱ミエリン化剤を提供する。また、電極並びに神経細胞と機械との接続構造体を提供する。【解決手段】金属テルルを有効成分とし、神経細胞の軸索に接触させて軸索から電気信号を取り出すための電極にコーティングして用いられることにより、電極付近の軸索を局所的に脱ミエリン化する、脱ミエリン化剤；表面に金属テルルが堆積され、神経細胞の軸索に接触させて軸索から電気信号を取り出すための電極；及び、神経細胞と機械とが上記の電極を介して接続された、接続構造体。【選択図】なし
