A filter-embedded type syringe according to the present invention comprises a syringe body (1) having a needle coupling part (2) a flow tube (10) disposed within the syringe body (1), wherein one side of the flow tube (10) is coupled to the needle coupling part (2) a pressure valve (20) coupled to the flow tube (10) to be able to slide discs (30, 40) disposed at the other side of the flow tube (10) valves (8, 9) disposed in the discs (30, 40) to be able to move a piston (50) disposed in the syringe body (1) to be able to slide and a filter member (6) disposed to surround the flow tube (10).
