PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-and-fat composition for bakery food that can produce bakery food having a juicy sensation which is a texture of oil and fat oozing out of bakery food by chewing with teeth although there is neither stickiness nor an oily sensation in a moment it is put in the mouth, specifically Danish pastry having this effect.SOLUTION: An oil-and-fat composition for bakery food is composed such that triglyceride composition in total oil and fat fulfills the following conditions (1)-(4): (1) the content of S3 is 0.1-8 mass%, (2) the content of s2U is 28 mass% or more, (3) the mass ratio of P and St composing s2U is P/St>2, and (4) the total amount of the content of sD2 and the content of U3 is 20-40 mass%, wherein S, s, U, P, St and D in the (1)-(4) indicate the following fatty acid residues respectively. S: a saturated fatty acid residue, s: a 16-18C saturated fatty acid residue, U: a 16-18C unsaturated fatty acid residue, P: a palmitic acid residue, St: a stearic acid residue, and D: a 16-18C polyunsaturated fatty acid residue.
