PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartilage conduction hearing aid capable of contributing to improvement of cartilage conductivity and a wearing feeling, a cartilage conduction speaker cover and a cartilage conduction speaker.SOLUTION: A cartilage conduction hearing aid 1 includes: a cartilage conduction speaker 2 including a vibration surface 21 which is brought into contact with an ear concha cavity wall H in the case of ear concha cartilage conduction, and a housing 22 that is formed to extend from the vicinity of paired helixes F to an external auditory meatus B when the vibration surface 21 is brought into contact with the ear concha cavity wall H and a cartilage conduction speaker cover 3 including a holding part 33 for holding the cartilage conduction speaker 2, a front face part 33a of the holding part 33 that is positioned at an opposite side of the vibration surface 21 when the cartilage conduction speaker 2 is held by the holding part 33, and a first protrusion 31 which extends in a direction from the front face part 33a of the holding part 33 through a gap between a tragus C and an opposite tragus D to an inter-tragus incisure E when the vibration surface 21 is brought into contact with the ear concha cavity wall H, and is brought into contact with an inner surface of the tragus C, an inner surface of the opposite tragus D and a surface of the inter-tragus incisure E.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】軟骨伝導性及び装着感の向上に寄与することができる軟骨伝導補聴器、軟骨伝導スピーカカバー及び軟骨伝導スピーカを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の軟骨伝導補聴器1は、耳介軟骨伝導の際に耳甲介腔壁Hに接触させる振動面21と、振動面21が耳甲介腔壁Hに接触したときに対耳輪F近傍から外耳道口Bに伸びる形状に構成される筐体22と、を有する軟骨伝導スピーカ2と、軟骨伝導スピーカ2を保持する保持部33と、軟骨伝導スピーカ2が保持部33に保持されたときに振動面21の反対側に位置する保持部33の正面部33aと、振動面21が耳甲介腔壁Hに接触したとき保持部33の正面部33aから耳珠C及び対耳珠Dの間を通過して珠間切痕Eに向かう方向に伸びており、かつ、耳珠C内面、対耳珠D内面及び珠間切痕E表面に接触する第1突起部31と、を有する軟骨伝導スピーカカバー3と、を備える。【選択図】図1
