A set of target peptides are presented by HLA A*0201, B*0301, B*0702 and B*2705 on the surface of disease cells. They are envisioned to, among other things, stimulate an immune response to the proliferative disease, e.g., colorectal cancer, to function as immunotherapeutics in adoptive T cell therapy or as a vaccine, facilitate antibody recognition of tumor boundaries in surgical pathology samples, act as biomarkers for early detection and/or diagnosis of the disease, and/or act as targets in the generation antibody-like molecules which recognize the target-peptide/MHC complex.L'invention concerne un ensemble de peptides cibles qui sont présentés par HLA A*0201, B*0301, B*0702 et B*2705 sur la surface de cellules malades. Ils sont envisagés, entre autres, pour stimuler une réponse immunitaire à la maladie proliférative, par exemple le cancer colorectal, pour agir en tant que produits immunothérapeutiques dans une thérapie adoptive par lymphocytes T ou en tant que vaccin, faciliter la reconnaissance par un anticorps de limites d'une tumeur dans des échantillons de pathologie chirurgicale, agir en tant que biomarqueurs pour la détection précoce et/ou le diagnostic de la maladie et/ou agir en tant que cibles dans la génération de molécules de type anticorps qui reconnaissent le complexe peptide cible/CMH.
