PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope insertion auxiliary tool preventing a feeding and discharging tube such as an air tube from kinking.
SOLUTION: An intratube self-traveling device 14 is constituted of first to fourth expandable units 28a to 28d expanding and contracting by pressurization and arranged along an axial direction of an inserting part. The respective expandable units 28a to 28d are constituted of over-tubes 31, cylindrical balloons 32 surrounding the over-tubes 31, and flanges 33a and 33b fixed to both end parts thereof. Air tubes 42a, 43a, 43b, 44a to 44c feeding and discharging compressed air to the respective expanding units 28a to 28d respectively are arranged while passing the same through the inside of the rear side expanding unit. The respective air tubes are arranged while winding the same around the outer peripheries of the over-tubes 31. The air tubes can be prevented from being largely bent when the expanding units are expanded or contracted because the air tubes are slacken while winding the same around the outer peripheries of the over-tubes.
