PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-pipe investigate device that can reduce inspection time even if a target pipe has a long inspection distance.SOLUTION: A flange 23 is attached in a fluid-tight manner to either end of a tubular inner tube 21 that extends and compresses in an axial direction, a tubular elastic body 22 that is restrained from extending in the axial direction is disposed to cover the inner tube 21 with its ends fixed to the flange 23 in a fluid-tight manner, an air distributing hole 31 is provided in the flange 23 to communicate with an air chamber S formed between the inner tube 21 and the elastic body 22, and a switching valve 14 is attached to the air distributing hole 31 to switch between air supply to the air chamber S and air exhaustion from the air chamber S, thereby providing a telescopic unit 20. A plurality of telescopic units 20 are connected to form an in-pipe mobile body 13. The switching valves 14 of the plurality of telescopic units are supplied with air through an air supply tube 16C extending from compressed air supply means 16 to the in-pipe mobile body 13.
