PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vaccine immunotherapy for patients of cancer or antigen-producing diseases.SOLUTION: A composition for treating cancer comprises synergistic amounts of a primary cell-derived biologic having cytokines IL-1, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, and IFN-γ, and a cancer vaccine having at least one antigen. A composition comprises synergistic amounts of the primary cell-derived biologic in combination with at least one adjuvant.
