PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument capable of changing a material in a fluid state capable of being administered into a biological tissue using a tube body into a medical material having relatively low fluidity and indwelling the medical material in an optional region inside the biological tissue in a more desired shape/state, and capable of reducing undesirable influence on a living body.SOLUTION: A medical instrument 10 has: a tubular part 31 in which lumens 32, 33 capable of delivering a fluid material are formed a balloon 20 which is connected to the tubular part 31, and can be expanded by the material delivered through the lumens 32, 33 and a destruction mechanism 60 capable of destructing the balloon 20 while maintaining a state that the balloon 20 is connected to the tubular part 31.
