The present invention provides an agent that increases the expression of BAD, for use in the treatment of cancer in conjunction with a chemotherapeutic agent wherein the agent is selected from the list consisting of 6-β-naltrexol, naloxone, methylnaltrexone, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.La présente invention concerne un agent qui augmente l'expression de BAD, destiné à être utilisé dans le traitement du cancer conjointement avec un agent chimiothérapeutique, l'agent étant choisi dans la liste constituée par le 6β-naltrexol, la naloxone, la méthylnaltrexone, ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci.
