The mobile steam sterilizer of the present invention comprises: a moving unit moved by a power； a steam generation unit mounted on the moving unit and heating liquid to vaporize the same into steam； a steam supply unit supplying the steam generated from the steam generation unit to a predetermined location in the moving unit； a steam spray unit connected to an end part of the steam generation unit and spraying the steam to the outside； a mist generation unit mounted on the moving unit and dispensing a medicine solution in a mist form, wherein the medicine solution is a mixture of medicine and water； and a mist supply unit supplying the mist-type medicine solution generated from the mist generation unit to the steam generation unit or steam spray unit to allow the steam and the mist-type medicine solution to be mixed and dispensed from the steam spray unit.
