The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a fermented extract of hampseed as an active ingredient, specifically, to a cosmetic composition comprising a fermented extract of hampsede having antioxidant, anti-wrinkle, anti-inflammatory effects. The present inventors discovered that the fermented extract of hemp seed obtained by fermenting the hemp seed effectively removes radicals, inhibits the activity of collagenase, and inhibits the production of nitrogen monoxide while studying natural products having functions such as anti-aging and anti-aging skin.
