The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bathing agent and an aromatic agent using green tea, capable of preventing aging, caring skin, and mitigating atopic skin diseases. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a bathing agent using green tea comprises the steps of: mixing sodium hydrogen carbonate (NaHCO_3), citric acid, and corn starch； adding green tea powder or green tea powder solution for skincare； adding glycerin to the mixture to increase the viscosity of a product and promote skin hydration effect； mixing aroma essential oil for aromatherapy to the mixture； and fixing a shape of the mixture of sodium hydrogen carbonate, citric acid, corn starch, green tea powder or green tea powder solution, glycerin, and aroma essential oil to manufacture the bathing agent.
