The present invention relates to a hanging-type flowerpot holder capable of changing a position of an auxiliary holder. More specifically, the hanging-type flowerpot holder is installed indoors or outdoors, and comprises: a pair of body units (100) being formed in a vertical direction, and including a plurality of hanging bars (120) formed on both sides thereof and separated at regular intervals, and a main holding unit (140) formed on an upper portion thereof to hold a flowerpot； a first auxiliary holder (200) which is arranged between the pair of body units (100), and includes a hanging unit (210) whose both sides are hung on the hanging bars (120) of the body units (100), and a first auxiliary holding unit (220) formed on a center thereof, on which a flowerpot can be seated； and a second auxiliary holder (300) including a hanging unit (310) whose one side is selectively hung on the hanging bars (120) of the body units (100), and a second auxiliary holding unit (320) formed on the other side thereof, on which a flowerpot can be held.
