PURPOSE: A direct pixel beamforming apparatus with phase rotation is provided to reduce the amount of calculation and hardware complexity by not requiring additional receiving beamforming to obtain one pixel point as having the same picture quality as the prior direct pixel beamforming method.CONSTITUTION: A receiving beamformer includes a mixer (321), a low pass filter (322), a buffer part (324), a delay calculation part (325), a phase rotation part (326) and a combiner part (327). The mixer receives channel data and generates an in-phase component and a quadrature component. The low pass filter extracts a base band signal of the in-phase component and the quadrature component. The buffer part stores the base band signal of the in-phase component and the quadrature component. The delay calculation part calculates coarse delay and fine delay which are to be applied to the base band signal of the in-phase component and the quadrature component, and delivers the coarse delay to the buffer part, and delivers the fine delay to the phase rotation part. The phase rotation part applies the fine delay to the in-phase component and the quadrature component which are applied with the coarse delay. The combiner part combines the in-phase component and the quadrature component in which delay is applied per channel.
