The present invention relates to a method for effectively proliferating (expanding) chondrocytes for use in transplantation, and to a composition for transplantation using the method. More particularly, when a cartilage fragment treated with collagenase can be inserted and transplanted into a freshly frozen meniscal cartilage, or when the same can be cultured and then transplanted, chondrocytes effectively proliferate in the center and periphery of the meniscal cartilage. Therefore, the method and composition of the present invention may be significantly valuable in the treatment of cartilage diseases that require cartilage transplantation.La présente invention concerne un procédé de prolifération (expansion) efficace de chondrocytes en vue dune utilisation dans une transplantation, et une composition pour une transplantation à laide du procédé.
