Further, the apparatus (100) includes a cover (104) detachably connected to the bucket (102). The cover (104) further includes a selection plate (106) configured to selectively dispense the particulate matter. Further, the cover (104) includes a shovel portion (108) configured to facilitate dispensing of the particulate matter and filling the particulate matter into the bucket (102).
