PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corneal treatment technique. More specifically, the present invention is a therapeutic or prophylactic agent for a condition of corneal endothelial disease, comprising at least one factor selected from the group consisting of laminin and fragments thereof, together with corneal endothelial cells. The above problems have been solved by providing a technique further characterized by being administered. In particular, the present invention may include laminin 511 (α5β1γ1), laminin 521 (α5β2γ1) or fragments thereof.
