More specifically, the present invention is an agent for treating or preventing a corneal endothelial disease state comprising at least one factor selected from the group consisting of laminin and fragments thereof, wherein corneal endothelial cells are administered together. The above-described problems have been solved by providing a technique that further characterizes the above.
