PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum defoaming apparatus which easily assures vacuum degree inexpensively.SOLUTION: The vacuum defoaming apparatus 1 includes a pressure vessel 2 for storing a liquid to be deformed 5, a pressure reducing device 31 which is connected with the vessel 2 and decompresses the inside of the vessel 2, an agitator 3 for agitating the liquid to be deformed 5 and a driving device 4 which is connected with the agitator 3 and drives the agitator 3.
