PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer injection liquid having undergone defoaming treatment to an intended place without foaming.SOLUTION: The vacuum defoaming device 1 includes a defoaming tank 2 for defoaming the injection liquid 5, a vacuum pump 40 and a supply port 10 which communicate with an upper part of the defoaming tank, and a discharge port 14 arranged under the defoaming tank and communicating with a defoamed liquid reserving part 30 via a liquid delivery pump.
