Provided is a transparent laminate which is characterized by having at least a transparent substrate and a structure layer, and by the following: the structure layer having at least either protrusions or recesses on the surface the average distance between adjacent protrusions or the average distance between adjacent recesses being no greater than the wavelength of visible light the structure layer comprising a polymer of an active energy ray curable resin composition the active energy ray-curable resin composition including a (meth)acryloyl group-containing polymerizable compound composition the (meth)acryloyl group-containing polymerizable compound composition containing at least one of each of (A), (B), and (C), (A) being a monofunctional (meth)acryloyl group-containing polymerizable compound, (B) being an alkylene glycol di(meth)acrylate, and (C) being a trifunctional or higher (meth)acrylate the monofunctional (meth)acryloyl group-containing polymerizable compound (A) satisfying specific conditions stipulating the type of compound and content thereof and the ratio of the storage elastic modulus E150 at 150°C to the storage elastic modulus E50 at 50°C, with respect to the structure layer, (E150/ E50) is 0.5 or less.
