PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic microscope by which an assistant can observe in binocular by a compact configuration.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic microscope comprises: an illumination system; a pair of main light-receiving systems; a pair of main eyepiece systems; a controller; a light separation element; and a pair of sub light-receiving systems. The illumination system irradiates an eye to be tested with illumination light. In the main eyepiece systems, objective optical axes are arranged in non-parallel to each other in which return light of the illumination light irradiated on the eye to be tested is introduced through respective objective lenses into respective first image pickup devices. The main eyepiece systems respectively include first display parts. The controller causes one of the first display parts in the main eyepiece systems to display an image based on output from one of the first image pickup devices in the main light-receiving systems, and causes the other of the first display parts to display an image based on output from the other of the first image pickup devices. The light separation element is arranged between one objective lens of the main light-receiving systems and the first image pickup device and separates a part of the return light. The sub light-receiving systems introduce a part of the separated return light into each of a pair of second image pickup devices or each of a pair of eyepieces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
