PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neuromuscular blocking compound.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains a biocompatible solvent and a compound represented by formula (I). In the pharmaceutical composition, the biocompatible solvent contains a compound which contains 0.9% saline water, has a pH of approximately 2.5 to 3.5, has a concentration of approximately 1-10 mg/ml and is represented by formula (I). A kit contains the pharmaceutical composition in a first container and a thiol compound in a second container.
