PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel technique for fermented feed in which sake lees are added, the technique maintaining quality during prolonged storage securely while achieving excellent fattening effect to allow remarkable reduction of deletion loss, by efficiently adding sake lees whose supply amount is limited into livestock feed having a prospect of expanded demand.SOLUTION: A sake lees-added and fermented feed is obtained by mixing (5) into a feed row material a sake lees solution (4) to obtain a feed-and-sake lees-mixed feed (6) whose water content is adjusted to 25% to 70% and by performing alcoholic fermentation (7, 8) over 2 weeks or more after making it a breathable condition, the sake lees solution (4) being obtained by mixing sake lees having a weight ratio of 1.0% to 10% with respect to feed row materials (1,2,3) in which the brans of grains such as rice for feed and wheat for feed are scraped off, into a suitable amount of a solution, and by being made to have low viscosity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
