The present technology relates to a patient interface (3000) for delivering a supply of breathable gas to the patient's airways comprising a seal-forming structure (3100) adapted to seal against a user's face； a shell (3250) being connected to the seal-forming structure (3100)； a frame (3800) adapted to be connected with a headgear (3300)； wherein the seal-forming structure (3100) and the shell (3250) form at least a part of a mask plenum chamber (3200)； and wherein the frame (3800) is coupled to the shell (3250) so as to allow a relative movement of the frame (3800) with respect to the shell (3250).
