PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood vessel authentication terminal apparatus and a blood vessel authentication system which can stably acquire more clear images compared to a conventional apparatus in performing personal authentication by using blood vessel authentication.SOLUTION: A blood vessel authentication terminal apparatus takes an blood vessel image of an authentication target finger with a light transmitting through the finger.
