PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle using a nuclear particle which is free from graininess and the like within an oral cavity when being applied to subtle granules or orally disintegrating tablets, and particularly is satisfactory in terms of hardness, disintegratability, and feeling of ingestion as an orally disintegrating tablet.SOLUTION: The cellulose nuclear particles contain particles, at a ratio of 50 mass% or more, which contain 10-100 mass% of cellulose and 0-90 mass% of excipient, have an appearance bulk density of less than 0.20-0.60 g/ml, have an angle of repose of 38-48 degrees, have a tablet hardness, at the time of compression pressure of 3 kN, of 50 N or more, pass through a sieve having sieve opening of 63 μm, and remain on a sieve having sieve opening of 20 μm.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の目的は、核粒子を用いた粒子を細粒剤や口腔内崩壊錠に応用した場合に口腔内でざらつきなどがなく、特に口腔内崩壊錠としての硬度や崩壊性、服用感で満足いくものを提供する。【解決手段】セルロース10~100質量%と賦形剤0~90質量%とを含有し、見かけ嵩密度が0.20~0.60g/ml未満、安息角が38~48°、打圧3kN時の錠剤硬度が50N以上、目開き63μmの篩を通過し、目開き20μmの篩上に残留する粒子の割合が50質量%以上であるセルロース系核粒子。【選択図】なし
