PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extracorporeal circulation device which can use a centrifugal pump with a sufficiently large flow rate without being restricted by the maximum use flow rate of a blood processing device while maintaining a blood feeding flow rate in a desired range.
SOLUTION: The extracorporeal circulation device includes a blood removal line 1. the centrifugal pump 2 having a suction port connected to the blood removal line, the blood processing device 3 having an inlet port connected to the discharge port of the centrifugal pump, and a blood feeding line 4 connected to the outlet port of the blood processing device. After the blood removed from a patient via the blood removal line by the operation of the centrifugal pump is processed by the blood processing device, the blood is fed to the patient via the blood feeding line. A blood feeding/removing shunt line 6 which connects the outlet side of the blood processing device and the suction side of the centrifugal pump, and a pump shunt line 7 which connects the discharge side and the suction side of the centrifugal pump are further provided.
