An integral in-line dripper (10) to be used bonded to the internal surface (14) of an irrigation pipe (12). The dripper (10) has an inlet facing the inside of the pipe (12) and an outlet (27) connected to an exit opening in the pipe wall. The dripper (10) has a flattened shape defined between a first surface (16) with an open meandering channel (22) formed therein, the channels inlet being connected to the drippers inlet, and a second surface (18) opposite the first surface (16). The topography of the first surface (16) is so designed that the dripper (10) can be bonded to the internal surface (14) of the pipe (12) in any orientation about a radius of the pipe (12) passing through the first (16) and the second surface (18), so as to form a flow-restriction labyrinth connected to the outlet of the dripper (10).
