PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air feeding and liquid feeding apparatus for an endoscope, where an air feeding duct and a liquid feeding duct are favorably arranged and also the enlargement of an insertion part (a distal end part) is avoided.SOLUTION: The air feeding duct 112 is formed so as to be directed obliquely upward with respect to the axial direction of the distal end part (26) from the operation part side plane (the bottom surface) 110b of a confluence pipe 110. The liquid feeding duct 114 is formed so as to be directed obliquely downward with respect to the axial direction of the distal end part from the bottom surface 110b of the confluence pipe 110. The central axis (120) of the confluence pipe has skew relationship to at least any one of the central axis (122) of the air feeding duct 112 and the central axis (124) of the liquid feeding duct 114 in the confluence part of the confluence pipe 110, the air feeding duct 112, and the liquid feeding duct 114. A surface where the central axis of the air feeding duct 112 is positioned and a surface where the central axis of the liquid feeding duct 114 is positioned may be mutually in parallel or nonparallel with each other.
